Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without express authorization, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Body Tracker is built on a local-first principle: tracking data (photos, weight, measurements) stays on your device and is not collected by the publisher. Full details of processing are in our privacy policy.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection over your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
