Terms of Use

Body Tracker is an app for tracking physical transformation through photos, measurements and reminders, running locally on your device. Using the app implies full acceptance of these terms as well as the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

The app is available on iOS and Android. It requires neither an account nor an internet connection for its tracking features. Certain native features (camera, storage, notifications) require your permission, which you can manage in your device settings.

Tracking (photos, comparison, weight, measurements, reminders, goals) is free. The “Visual Check-in” feature is offered as part of a premium subscription.

• Subscription, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by the distribution platform (App Store or Google Play), under its own terms.
• Unless cancelled before the renewal date, the subscription renews automatically for the same period. Management and cancellation are done from your App Store or Google Play account.
• The applicable price is the one shown in the app at the time of subscription.

“Visual Check-in” provides a visual estimate of body composition (as a range) and posture observations, generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and accept that:

• it is neither a medical device nor a diagnosis, and the tool is no substitute for a healthcare professional’s advice;
• estimates are approximate and provided for guidance only;
• the feature is reserved for people aged 18 and over and requires your explicit consent;
• you submit only photos of yourself, and you undertake not to submit photos of third parties or any unlawful content.

Your tracking data stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping it: the publisher holds no copy and therefore cannot restore it in case of loss or device change. It is up to you to make your own backups if you wish.

The app, its brand, logo, code and content are the exclusive property of HEXI SAAS. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use. Any unauthorized reproduction, decompilation or exploitation is prohibited.

The app is provided “as is.” HEXI SAAS cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information and estimates provided, nor for damage resulting from misuse or from a loss of local data. You use the app under your sole responsibility.

The publisher may evolve the app, add or remove features, and update these terms. Substantial changes will be brought to your attention in the app.

These terms are governed by French law. For any question, write to us at [email protected]. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective provisions of consumer law.
